PETALING JAYA: Tanco Holdings Bhd
, via its unit Palm Springs Development Sdn Bhd, has entered into a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Accession Development Sdn Bhd to develop a 22,905.5-sq-m land in Puchong, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Tanco said the parties intend to develop a residential project with a gross development value of at least RM500mil.
