PJBumi in Indonesian O&G venture


PETALING JAYA: PJBumi Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, PJBumi Heavy Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd (PJBumiHES) has entered into a joint management agreement with PT Indodrill Bumi Persada (IBP).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PJBumi said the collaboration will enable PJBumiHES to leverage on the expertise of IBP as an integrated drilling services company that provides engineering services and solutions in the oil and gas sector within Indonesia as well as regionally.
