HSS and ProPick in AI drone tech JV

PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd (HEB) and ProPick Digital Solutions & Consulting Sdn Bhd will form a joint-venture (JV) company offering cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI)-empowered drone technology to the engineering sector.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, HEB said its subsidiary HSS Technologies Sdn Bhd will hold a 70% stake in the JV called HSS-ProPick Technologies Sdn Bhd, with ProPick holding the balance.
