KUALA LUMPUR: HSS Engineers Bhd
has signed a heads of agreement (HOA) to establish a new entity with ProPick Digital Solutions & Consulting Sdn Bhd, a drone services provider.
In a statement, HSS said its subsidiary HSS Technologies Sdn Bhd would hold 70% in the newly-formed company HSS–ProPick Technologies Sdn Bhd, with ProPick holding the balance 30% equity share.
