KUALA LUMPUR: The National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) was driven by an underlying sense of urgency to demonstrate the country’s resolve towards its net-zero target or it may risk getting overlooked by foreign investors, says Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli.
