KUALA LUMPUR: The government remained confident to meet its gross domestic product (GDP) forecast of 4.0 per cent to 5.0 per cent for 2023 as the domestic economy remains vibrant with many indicators showing healthy trends, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Anwar who is also the Finance Minister said that to support the momentum of domestic growth, the government maintains its responsive fiscal policy and will continue to focus on expediting the realisation of approved investments and accelerate implementation of government projects.
