KUALA LUMPUR: Analabs Resources Bhd
has acquired quoted securities in Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) between December 21, 2022, and today, amounting to RM21.57 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the chemicals trading outfit said the aggregate of the purchase consideration has exceeded 5.0 per cent of the Analabs Group’s audited consolidated net assets as at April 30, 2022.
