Steel Hawk eyes listing transfer to ACE Market


PETALING JAYA: Steel Hawk Bhd is seeking a transfer of the company to the ACE Market from the LEAP Market.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said it would seek a voluntary withdrawal of listing of Steel Hawk from the LEAP Market to facilitate the proposed transfer. It will procure irrevocable written undertakings from the minority shareholders to support the proposed exemptions and proposed withdrawal.
