GIIB appoints new chairman


KUALA LUMPUR: GIIB Holdings Bhd has appointed Datuk Seri Wan Adnan Wan Mamat its new chairman, while Tai Boon Wee will remain as the chief executive officer of the company.

In a statement, the technical rubber compound provider said Wan Adnan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

“He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kyoto, Japan and has a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors.

“The appointment reflects the company's commitment to strengthening its leadership team and leveraging his vast experience in driving strategic growth and business development.”
