Nestcon unit bags RM190mil condominium construction contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Nestcon Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd has secured an award from Nescaya Etika Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of a 40-storey condominium in Kuala Lumpur for RM190 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the construction engineering company said the overall completion for the contract works would be within 28 months, with June 1, 2023, being the date of site possession.
