Perdana Petroleum bags vessel supply contract from PETRONAS Carigali


KUALA LUMPUR: Perdana Petroleum Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Perdana Nautika Sdn Bhd has received a work order from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of an accommodation work barge (AWB).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract commenced on March 20, 2023, and will be for a duration of 229 days.

In accordance with the contract, Perdana Nautika shall provide one AWB vessel with crew and equipment to perform a continuous service as per the scope of works agreed to assist PETRONAS Carigali’s project activities.

Perdana Petroleum said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of PPB Group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023.
