PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission (SC) considered a total of 77 applications relating to takeovers, mergers and compulsory acquisitions in 2022 versus 79 in 2021.
The SC said in its 2022 annual report that it declined to approve two of the 77 applications received in 2022.
