UEM Edgenta buys stake in Saudi company


PETALING JAYA: UEM Edgenta Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Edgenta Arabia Ltd, has completed the purchase of a 60% stake in MEEM for Facilities Management Co from Mohammed I Alsubeaei & Sons Investment Co (Masic). The amount paid was not disclosed.

UEM Edgenta said the acquisition would allow it to solidify its footprint in Saudi Arabia with MEEM being one of the first of the many partnership opportunities between UEM Edgenta and Masic.
