Pharmaniaga CEO steps down


PETALING JAYA: Pharmaniaga Bhd has announced that its chief executive officer (CEO), Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, has resigned from his post effective yesterday.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the pharmaceuticals group said it was business as usual with an executive committee taking over the responsibility and functions of the CEO in the interim period.

It said the committee comprised non-independent non-executive director Ahmad Shahredzuan Mohd Shariff, deputy CEO Zulkifli Jafar, chief operating officer Mohamed Iqbal Abdul Rahman and chief financial officer Norai’ni Mohamed Ali.
