Nestcon wins RM154mil construction contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Nestcon Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Nestcon Builders has secured a RM154mil construction contract from Solaris Ceria Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Nestcon said the contract was for the construction of 1 block of 52-storey office suites and serviced apartments comprising recreational facilities, podium car park, and food and beverage outlets at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

The overall completion for the contract works is within 36 months inclusive of the mobilisation, demobilisation, all festival and public holidays and is expected to be completed on or before Feb 28, 2026.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of Nestcon throughout the duration of the contract works.
