WHEN the global Covid-19 pandemic hit, there was intense debate on the relevance or need for physical office space.

Yet, three years following the onset of Covid, employees are mostly back to the office full-time (almost as if the pandemic never happened); and new, incoming supply of space seems to show no sign of slowing down.
