ON Friday, billionaire businessman Datuk Eddie Ong Choo Meng (pic) resigned from the boards of two more of his key companies namely Hextar Industries Bhd and Hextar Healthcare Bhd.

The development comes after Ong had left his executive director position of his flagship listed company Hextar Global Bhd in late November. So what is behind the moves?
