KNM plans to list Borsig in Singapore


KNM said the listing of Borsig via an initial public offering is with a view of achieving a market capitalisation of up to US$300mil (RM1.3bil) and a placement of 49% of the enlarged capital comprising vendor and/or new shares.

PETALING JAYA: KNM Group Bhd has proposed to list it German unit Borsig GmBH on the Main Board of Singapore stock exchange.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, KNM said the listing by way of an initial public offering is with a view of achieving a market capitalisation of up to US$300mil (RM1.3bil) and a placement of 49% of the enlarged capital comprising vendor and/or new shares.
