LSH consolidation pays off, earnings soar


PETALING JAYA: Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd’s (LSH Capital) move to consolidate its construction and construction-related services and solutions under a wholly-owned subsidiary, LSH BEST Builders Sdn Bhd (LSHBB), has resulted in a significant financial outcome for the company.

Its revenue for the financial year ended Sept 30 rose 142% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM163.3mil while net profit jumped 408% y-o-y to RM40.3mil or earnings per share of 11.39 sen.
