PETRONAS' net profit more than double in the first nine months

KUALA LUMPUR: Petroliam Nasional Bhd (PETRONAS) saw its net profit jump 120% to RM77.2bil while revenue rose 58.3% to RM271.3bil in the first nine months of 2022 (9M22).

In a statement, the group said this was mainly due to favourable prices for major products aligned with higher benchmark prices.
