Pos Malaysia explores partnership with Ejazmine


KUALA LUMPUR: Pos Malaysia Bhd is exploring a possible appointment as the preferred logistic partner of online marketplace operator Ejazmine Sdn Bhd.

The postal service provider said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia it had signed a memorandum of agreement with Ejazmine towards helping SMEs in domestic distribution and reaching global markets through Ejazmine's online marketplace and Pos Malaysia's nationwide delivery network.

"This MOU shall be effective on the date of the MoU and shall expire after a period of 12 months; or expire on the date of the execution of the definitive agreement; or terminate if the Parties mutually agree in writing to terminate the MOU; whichever is earlier," it said.
