Former Bursa chairman in Media Prima

PETALING JAYA: Media Prima Bhd has appointed Datuk Shireen Ann Zaharah Muhiudeen, the former non-executive chairman of Bursa Malaysia Bhd, as an independent non-executive director.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Media Prima stated Shireen, 59, is well experienced and served various public-listed companies which include a port as well as a local bank. She has also served on a foreign bank board.
