will stop treating Microlink Solutions Bhd as its subsidiary with immediate effect.
Omesti said in a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday that this is due to the changes to the board compositions of both Omesti and Microlink and the re-designation of a director in Omesti that was announced yesterday.
Omesti said it will stop treating Microlink as a subsidiary as it no longer controls the board of directors of Microlink.
“Microlink is now an indirect 49.2%-owned associated company of Omesti with effect from July 18,” it said.
