Lotte Chemical unit awards contract in Indonesia


In its filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Lotte Chemical Titan noted that LCI had entered a purchase order with Lotte Data Communication Co LTD (LDCC) for the offshore engineering and procurement of the automatic warehouse area for a total contract value of US$33.6mil (RM148mil). PETALING JAYA: Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd’s subsidiary, PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia (LCI), has entered into related-party transactions with a few parties for the engineering, procurement and construction of an automatic warehouse and bagging area on part of the company’s integrated petrochemical facility in Indonesia.

The facility is known as the Lotte Chemical Indonesia New Ethylene Project.
