KUALA LUMPUR: TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (THHE), a subsidiary of Urusharta Jamaah Sdn Bhd has entered into a strategic collaboration with Tellus Asia Sdn Bhd and Enigma Technical Solutions Sdn Bhd to jointly undertake shipbuilding and ship repair projects, as well as in-support services for the maritime sector.
THHE chief executive officer Ahmad Yusof Mohamad said the extensive technical and operational experience of Tellus Asia and Enigma would unlock further value for its business and contribute to driving the development of the maritime industry in Malaysia.
