Ireka’s external auditor tenders resignation

KUALA LUMPUR: Ireka Corp Bhd’s external auditor Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT has submitted its resignation to the company.

“The matter was tabled at a special audit committee meeting held today (yesterday) where after a board resolution was circulated and the board accepted the said resignation, as recommended by the Audit Commitee,” the company said in a statement to the Bursa Malaysia.
