PETALING JAYA: Resintech Bhd
has proposed a bonus issue of up to 50.3 million new ordinary shares on the basis of one bonus share for every three existing Resintech shares.
The integrated provider of polyethylene products and unplasticised polyvinyl chloride also proposed a bonus issue of up to 100.61 million free warrants on the basis of one warrant for every two existing Resintech shares.
