ARB’s auditor voluntarily resigns after audit fee disagreement


KUALA LUMPUR: ARB Bhd has received a notice in writing from Messrs. BDO PLT (BDO) to resign as auditors of the company.

“The resignation of BDO is a voluntary resignation as we could not reach a consensus on the proposed increase of the audit fees covering the financial statements for the 18 months ending June 30, 2022 of the company and some of its subsidiaries,” it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
