Pharmaniaga in MoU to expand global presence


KUALA LUMPUR: Pharmaniaga Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Pharmaniaga Manufacturing Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Prime Medical Store LLC to establish a collaboration to potentially expand its global presence.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Pharmaniaga said the collaboration would serve as a platform for the group to commercialise its pharmaceutical products in the United Arab Emirates as well as establish its presence in other Middle East countries. “The MoU is not expected to have any material effect on the group’s earnings and earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2022. Moving forward, the group expects that the collaboration would a have positive impact on the earnings of the group,” it said.
