PA Resources receives master supply extension

The agreement might be renewed by First Solar for a subsequent one year period upon notice to the supplier to be delivered not later than 30 days prior to the then-current term.

KUALA LUMPUR: PA Resources Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, PA Extrusion (M) Sdn Bhd, has received an extension to the master supply agreement with First Solar Inc, First Solar Vietnam Mfg Co Ltd and First Solar Malaysia Sdn Bhd until July 1, 2024 worth approximately RM550mil.

It said the agreement might be renewed by First Solar for a subsequent one year period upon notice to the supplier to be delivered not later than 30 days prior to the then-current term.
