“The MoU contemplates parties to jointly explore the potential collaboration to collaborate on making equity trading and investing more accessible and affordable to everyone, especially non-investors,” it said in an announcement to Bursa Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR: Capital A Bhd’s 96.19%-owned subsidiary AirAsia Superapp Sdn Bhd plans to explore and evaluate a possible collaboration to democratise capital market investments for the mass market to achieve more inclusive capital markets.

The group said it had entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn Bhd for this purpose.
