Censof completes acquisition of 51% stake in Cognitive Consulting

KUALA LUMPUR: Censof Holdings Bhd has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Cognitive Consulting Sdn Bhd (CCSB).

Censof entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire the equity interest in CCSB for RM3.7mil with a profit guarantee scheme on Dec 20, 2021.

“We are excited to include CCSB as part of our efforts to solidify our digital technology business segment, which will inevitably enhance our revenue and profitability moving forward.

“By utilising CCSB’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, Censof would be able to elevate its current customers’ processes, allowing them to digitise and adopt cloud-based solutions,” group managing director Ameer Shaik Mydin said in a statement.

He said its investment in CCSB would also enhance its synergy in providing Industrial Revolution 4.0 (RPA) services to its existing customers in government and commercial sectors.
