BCM Alliance on expansion trajectory


In a Bursa Malaysia filing, BCM said the Dec 23 agreement entered into by the three companies enables BCM to penetrate into virus attenuation devices business that might yield attractive returns to the group.

PETALING JAYA: BCM Alliance Bhd has entered into a manufacturing agreement to produce medical products with two other companies as part of its strategy to expand the scope of its business.

This will be done via wholly-owned subsidiary, BC Medicare Sdn Bhd, with rLoop Ltd and Euro-China Technology Achievement Transformation (Tianjin) Co Ltd (EC).

The agreement is to manufacture virus attenuation devices using photon mediated electrons and emitters under rLoop’s own brand name, rGuard - rLoop Virus Attenuation Device.
