has announced the issuance of an updated Corporate Governance Guide (CG Guide) fourth edition, to ensure that public listed companies (PLCs) are provided with a comprehensive and practical guide to the various recommended practices under the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
Bursa Malaysia chief executive officer Datuk Muhamad Umar Swift said the updated CG Guide will undoubtedly be instrumental in guiding PLCs to inculcate good CG practices, build competent and accountable boards with high levels of ethics and integrity, in line with global standards.
