PETALING JAYA: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd
announced that Lani Darmawan has been nominated as president director and CEO of Indonesian arm, CIMB Niaga.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, CIMB said the appointment is subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming CIMB Niaga EGM on Dec 17 and thereafter an approval by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
