PETALING JAYA: Bank Simpanan Nasional’s (BSN) debut in the capital markets received an overwhelming response from investors pursuant to its successfully priced RM750mil sukuk wakalah (offering) under its recently established sukuk wakalah programme of up to RM3.5bil in nominal value.
The offering was successfully priced on Oct 7 pursuant to a one-day book-building exercise, receiving robust response from various investors during its book-building exercise, leading to the transaction being upsized to RM750mil from the initial size of RM500mil.
