Fast Energy in solar power purchase deal

KUALA LUMPUR: Fast Energy Holdings Bhd, via a subsidiary, has entered into a solar power purchase agreement (SPPA) with Volta Energy Sdn Bhd, Apex Office Furniture Exporter Sdn Bhd (AOFE) and Apex Office Furniture Sdn Bhd.

Under the SPPA, Fast Energy will engage Volta Energy to construct a solar photovoltaic system and supply electricity to AOFE, who has agreed to purchase the same for an initial period of 25 years.
