Haily secures Johor project worth RM24mil

PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award from Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd for a terrace residential project in Tebrau, Johor Baru worth RM24mil.

The contract awarded by Gunung Impian Development is a fixed-price contract. The group expected this to contribute positively to its earnings and assets over the duration of the project, it said in a statement.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Haily said the project comprises 159 units of single storey terrace houses and Tenaga National Bhd sub-stations.

Work will commence on Oct 15 and is scheduled for completion within 12 months, by October 2022.
