UEM Sunrise launches The Happy Chase 2021

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has launched The Happy Chase 2021 Virtual Live Show to spotlight its featured residential developments in Johor and Klang Valley.

In a statement, the developer said “The Happy Chase” campaign would now take on the form of a series of seven Facebook Live sessions open to the public.

“Knowledgeable property consultants from UEM Sunrise and engaging and fun-loving hosts will be bringing the viewers on a virtual tour of the exciting developments on offer while sharing the easiest ways to win more attractive prizes. Feng shui consultant Datuk Joey Yap is also set to make a special appearance in one of the sessions,” it said.

The Happy Chase brings aspiring new homeowners, and upgraders on a journey to chase after their dream homes through easy-to-follow steps, which the live show hosts will soon share. Lucky viewers of each session will also stand a chance of winning Grab vouchers and many more.

UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong said that with the company buoyed by the success of last year’s “The Happy Chase” campaign, it was apt that UEM Sunrise continued with its mission of bringing aspiring homeowners on a smooth and easy journey to obtaining their homes, and making the process a happy one.

House buyers will also get to enjoy the Government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which has been extended until Dec 31, 2021 which provides for stamp duty exemptions and MOT waivers.

At the same time, first- and second-time house owners of selected projects will get the opportunity to own their dream home with zero payment during the construction period, zero down payment, and a 100% financing scheme under the Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY programme.

The Happy Chase 2021 virtual live show kicked off on the UEM Sunrise Facebook page on Sept 4.

The upcoming session on Sept 11 will feature Aspira ParkHomes, Aspira LakeHomes and Aspira Square, a themed 8community in Gerbang Nusajaya, Johor with double-storey terraced houses developed for comfort and luxury.
