Directors get bi-weekly updates


The statement was released by Serba Dinamik following additional information requested by Bursa Malaysia on the frequency of the progress update to the independent non-executive directors.

PETALING JAYA: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd said its independent non-executive directors have been provided with the progress updates from Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd on a bi-weekly basis.

The statement was released by the company following additional information requested by Bursa Malaysia on the frequency of the progress update to the independent non-executive directors.

The company added that it will make an immediate announcement for any material development on the Special Independent Review.
