KSK Land to leverage on Delve software to drive smart sustainable property projects

KUALA LUMPUR: KSK Group Bhd's property development unit KSK Land Sdn Bhd will be the first company in Malaysia to use Delve to drive smart, sustainable developments, through real-time data-driven feasibility and massing studies.

Created by Sidewalk Labs, a New York-based urban innovation company, Delve is a software tool that uses generative design and artificial intelligence (AI) to help developers rapidly create neighbourhoods and with fewer risks.
