CIIF launches scholarship and bursary programme


In a statement, chief executive officer Dr Azura Othman said graduates with excellent academic backgrounds could utilise the CPIF Scholarship to enrol in the CPIF (Takaful) programme, while underprivileged graduates could take advantage of the CPIF bursary plan to enrol for the same programme.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF), with the support of FWD Takaful, has launched the Chartered Professional in Islamic Finance (CPIF) scholarship and bursary programme to assist and groom future talents in the Islamic finance industry.

In a statement, chief executive officer Dr Azura Othman said graduates with excellent academic backgrounds could utilise the CPIF Scholarship to enrol in the CPIF (Takaful) programme, while underprivileged graduates could take advantage of the CPIF bursary plan to enrol for the same programme.

“The CIIF is committed to constantly develop and execute strategies to provide the necessary platform and tools for current practitioners and new talents to develop high-level skills and competence in the industry. As the industry evolves, so have the talents that drive the industry,” she said.
