SME Bank offers assistance to customers involving RM5.4b in loans

Sectors that received SME Bank’s attention were the tourism and passenger transport sectors which were the most affected sectors due to the pandemic.

KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 3,726 customers involving a total financing of RM5.4bil will benefit from SME Bank's moratorium assistance through the SRP Pemulih (SRP- SME Relief Programme).

It said in a statement on Thursday it is offering moratorium assistance up to six months and extension of repayment period up to 12 months effective July 2021.
