KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
has announced that independent director and former chairman Datuk Mohamed Nor Abu Bakar has resigned, days after he was redesignated from the chairman's position.
Serba Dinamik said today that Mohamed Nor, 71, has resigned effective June 19 due to personal reasons.
