PETALING JAYA: I-Bhd’s subsidiary City Centrepoint Sdn Bhd has partnered with Maybank Islamic Bhd to offer an alternative home financing solution, HouzKEY, that provides full financing for home buyers for its latest luxury residential project BeCentral at i-City Golden Triangle in Shah Alam, Selangor.

In a statement, i-City said the HouzKEY solution is offered by Maybank Islamic, where qualified buyers can enjoy 100% financing on their home purchases with no down payment required, no payment required during construction period and low monthly payment with the best rates.
