See Hup bags RM91mil ECRL job

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) -- See Hup Consolidated Bhd's 51% owned unit, SH Moment Builder Sdn Bhd (SHM) has won a RM91.30 million contract from China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract entails the construction and completion of part of the subgrade works of Package 2, Section 4 for the East Coast Rail Link project.

SHM is involved in the construction works and supply of various mechanical equipment.

"The 26-month project will commence on June 13, 2021, and will be funded via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings,” it said, adding that the project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, future earnings and earnings per share of the group.
