Bursa grants one-month extension for quarterly, annual reports

Bursa Malaysia gave a one-month extension for companies to issue their quarterly and annual reports.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Bhd has granted an automatic one-month extension for companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets to issue their quarterly and annual reports.

In a statement on Friday, the stock exchange operator also gave companies listed on the LEAP Market’s a similar extension to issue their semi-annual and audited financial statements due respectively on May 31,2021 and June 30,2021.
