Heineken Malaysia net profit climbs in Q1 


KUALA LUMPUR: Heineken Malaysia Bhd posted a 30% jump in net profit to RM73.54mil for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021 (Q1FY21) from RM56.96mil a year earlier due to higher sales, easing of the movement control order (MCO) and cost savings measures.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group posted a 6% jump in revenue to RM547.74mil in Q1 compared to RM515.89mil previously.
