KUALA LUMPUR: SRT-EON Security Services Sdn Bhd has completed the 40% stake of the company held by Edaran Otomobil Nasional Bhd (EON) valued at RM16mil.
In a statement, SRT-EON said following the acquisition, SRT-EON managing director Rafiq Rahmat and his siblings' now own 100% in the company.
