Topping out ceremony at Residensi Solaris Parq

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd’s Residensi Solaris Parq is expected to enhance the attractiveness of Mont’ Kiara and Dutamas as the affluent address to aspire for, given the twin towers’ well-balanced design of luxury, nature and convenience.

Following a topping up ceremony today, the Residensi Solaris Parq serviced residences, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM755mil, is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2022.

Launched in October 2017, UEM Sunrise said the topping out symbolised the concreting of the roof slab, marks yet another milestone towards the first phase of the residential component in the 18.76-acre mixed development masterplan called Solaris Parq.
